Syracuse University recognizes that everyone has personal or work problems at one time or another that may make daily living and working difficult. For many, these can be dealt with by personal contemplation or by talking with family or friends. Without proper attention, these problems can worsen and have a negative impact on workplace performance and family and coworker relationships. When such problems persist, the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) can help.
In addition, FSAP offers a continuing series of presentations on contemporary issues challenging personal and professional life each spring and fall semester.
