HR facilitates a representative committee of staff from around campus to provide lunch-and-learn opportunities on a variety of topics. The program is based on the belief that SU's staff members have a great deal of information, skills, and ideas to share. The committee identifies areas of interest for personal and professional development and finds SU staff (and outside presenters) to deliver programs during the lunch hour. The program is offered three times each year in the fall, spring, and summer.
