WorkLife and Organizational Development staff can assist schools, colleges, departments and groups maximize talents and time to work more effectively and achieve their goals. Our staff can assist in the development of team relationships through the use of assessments, process improvements and/or individual review. The group experience is specifically designed and tailored for each individual unit.

Staff can work directly with decision-makers of units to assess specific needs and develop a plan based on the particular skills, knowledge, and behaviors required for success in a unit.
