Meetings and retreats are important events for campus departments and groups. Everyone wants the meeting to go well, be successful, develop relationships, and be considered a valuable use of time and resources by all involved. An outside facilitator and/or planner can ensure that a meeting achieves this result. The WorkLife and Organizational Development team is experienced in planning and facilitating meetings in many settings, both within and outside SU. The WorkLife and Organizational Development team meets with groups to identify desired outcomes and coordinates the elements that go into a successful and enjoyable meeting.
