SU's Performance Partnership feedback process is designed to help supervisors and staff identify and successfully meet performance expectations. Both supervisors and staff should review the Performance Partnership information below. As a good understanding of the process is developed, supervisors and staff will be better able to choose the tools, forms and deadlines that are best for their situation.
