HERC Logo HR collaborates with the Office of Academic Affairs to assist with dual career needs. Dual career situations occur when SU is recruiting an individual with a partner or spouse also relocating to Central New York. The UNY-HERC is in an excellent position to assist with these dual career situations due to the collaboration of many regional academic institutions. Member institutions post information on job openings to the HERC website for a one-stop view of higher education job openings in the upstate area.
