The Pay Rates, Wage and Salary Policy is a comprehensive resource for information on pay for faculty, salaried staff, hourly staff and bargaining unit positions.

Temporary non-student positions must be paid according to the University's Fair Wage Initiative that sets the minimum hourly rate for temporary employees at $10.23 effective 7/1/09. The minimum hourly rate for benefits eligible employees, as set by the Fair Wage Initiative, is $10.98 also effective 7/1/09. Student employees and temporary summer employees filling traditional student jobs must be paid at least $7.25 effective 7/24/09 (New York State minimum wage).
