Career and Leadership Coaching

WorkLife and Organizational Development staff provide individual career development assistance and leadership coaching for managers, supervisors, and administrators.

Career Coaching Services

Any SU employee can request a member of the WorkLife and Organizational Development team to:

act as a career coach and provide valuable insight into creating resumes and cover letters with the SU hiring perspective in mind.
provide one-on-one career coaching sessions and resources.
provide mock interviewing sessions to prepare for interviews.

Training and Development for Managers

Management Coaching:

One-on-one coaching sessions for managers are available by appointment. Each session is customized to meet your specific needs. Assessments are available to help you identify your strengths and pinpoint areas for potential development.

Management Training Programs:

Training workshops for supervisory and management skills are offered throughout the year as part of the Learning Opportunities catalog. Assessments are available upon request to identify group dynamics, communication styles, and strengths.
