The benefits Open Enrollment period is November 2, 2009 through November 13, 2009. The choices you make will be in effect from January 1 through December 31, 2010. After the Open Enrollment period, changes to your 2010 benefits may be made only in the case of a qualifying family status change.
Open Enrollment information for benefits for Adjuncts United Faculty Members eligible for the Modified Part-Time Faculty Benefit Plan is available on the Adjuncts United Website.
Prior to Open Enrollment, there will be General Road Shows for all faculty and staff. Because there are minimal changes to benefit plans for calendar year 2010, there will be no Departmental Open Enrollment Road Shows this year. View the Open Enrollment Road Show information for general dates and times.
In the past employees had a short period available after the close of Open Enrollment for election changes or enrollment. This makeup period has been eliminated and there will be no opportunity for faculty and staff to make any benefits elections or changes for 2010 after November 13, 2009.
