New Employee Orientation

As part of a new employee's acculturation to the University community, Human Resources conducts a full day, paid, new employee orientation entitled, "You're Part of the Orange Team". This introduction provides an overview of the University's organizational structure and culture, a discussion about successful work strategies, and a comprehensive introduction to diversity at SU.

New Employee Orientation complements the "Onboarding" process, where all new employees meet one-on-one with a human resources representative for approximately one hour to discuss benefits, complete employment paperwork, and review an important list of "to-do's" for their first month of employment.

New Employee Orientation is scheduled the first Wednesday of every month, except during the months of January, May and June. The next orientation is scheduled for Wednesday, December 2 at the Goldstein Student Center, Skytop Road, South Campus, Room 201 A-C. The day begins at 8:30 a.m. and concludes by 5 p.m. A free continental breakfast and lunch are provided.

Free parking is available in the Goldstein parking lot and the building is located on the Centro bus schedule.

Registration is required and may be completed online at the same time you register for your "Onboarding" appointment.
