HR recently coordinated two important events that centered on community engagement.

The first is a $2,000 grant that HR staff members secured for a local school, Elmwood Elementary. As part of "Oprah's Big Give CNY", Dana Godbold and Osupa T-Davis requested and received money to beautify this inner-city school. The news story is available online.

The other event, Play It Safe, was held on Saturday, April 26 and recapped on the WTVH evening news. This important Safety Event was held exclusively for SU employees and their families. The video is available online.
