The Office of Human Resources is committed to providing the highest quality HR services to the University community and promoting an employment experience that is the best it can be. In order to be successful, HR consults leading-edge HR practices, is active in HR professional organizations, employs HR leadership staff who are professionals in their fields, aligns its strategies with University leadership's priorities and values, and shapes its programs to. The associate vice president-chief human resources officer and HR's senior leaders in the areas of benefits, employee relations, organizational development, recruitment and hiring, rewards and recognition, and diversity and resolution processes have identified five strategies to advance its objectives in all areas of HR performance and service.
